As human resource management consultants, we are contractually commissioned by companies to approach and present qualified candidates for specialist and management vacancies. We take your rights very seriously – not merely because of the legal obligation to do so, but also because of our membership in the Federal Association of German Management Consultants (BDU). We therefore wish to inform you about the processing of your personal data that you send us to apply for specific vacancies.

An individual affording specialist and personal skills is sought, who is essentially open to a change of jobs. Hence we need your full name, address and contact details along with information on your professional training, qualifications and experience together with the according certificates and references. Please note that your data will be deleted when the required storage period ends. Referees will only be contacted with your prior consent. We also compile information about your person that is freely available (e.g. online, in trade articles and other publications) – if this relates to your professional and personal qualifications. Your data is only sent to the specific company offering a position (management/executive board, HR department, and/or works council). Data will not be transmitted outside the European Union. The legal basis for processing is § 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG– new).

You may request the rectification, cancellation or limitation to the processing of your personal data or object to processing at any time. Please note, however, that any prior processing of your data shall remain lawful. You moreover have the right to receive information about the data stored on your person as well as the right to data portability. You have the right to appeal to the North Rhine-Westphalia Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (LDI NRW) based at Kavalleriestrasse 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany. No automated decision-making or profiling is conducted.
